HumanTouch Awarded Contracts at IRS & FDA

HumanTouch, LLC has been contracted to provide Certification and Accreditation services at the Internal Revenue Service and customer service support at the U.S. Food & Drug Administration.

McLean, VA—October 10, 2006—HumanTouch Technology Solutions (HTTS) is pleased to announce it won two Federal Government contracts. The first is an engagement to perform Certification and Accreditation services (C&A) for Mission Assurance and Security Services (MA&SS) at the IRS as a subcontractor to Booz Allen Hamilton. The second is a direct award from the FDA for customer service operations support at the FDA.

Under the IRS contract, HTTS, a McLean based IT and management consulting firm, will utilize its significant expertise and experience to lead initiatives relating to implementing C&A processes at IRS. This will include developing guidelines gathered from the input of several divisions within the IRS, overseeing the implementation process, conducting Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), developing C&A security test plans and security assessment reports (SAR), and conduct training and awareness trough an outreach program on C&A activities.  

The FDA contract will involve supporting the Employee Resource Information Center (ERIC) with customer service and backup support for emergencies. HTTS employees will manage call center operations both on-site and remotely.
